Brush Clearing, Grading & Lawn Restoration — Spencer, MA

This property had a long stretch of brush and overgrowth encroaching along the driveway. The goal was to push the overgrowth back, clean up the property edge, and establish grass to create a clean, easily maintainable buffer along the driveway.

On another section of the property, we cleared poison ivy, vines, and overgrowth from the hillside. We then adjusted the slope to create a cleaner, more even grade, spread fresh mulch throughout the hillside, and dressed the surrounding areas with loam for a finished transition.

After clearing and grading along the driveway, fresh screened loam was installed and the area was seeded. We stopped back to check on the project, and the new grass has filled in great.
