Half an acre of overgrown brush cleared, roughly 20 stumps ground, and the entire area finish-graded and seeded — taking an unusable, overgrown property back to a clean, smooth, mowable space.
Project Overview
This Princeton property had been overtaken by years of unchecked growth — roughly half an acre of brush, vegetation, and small trees that had made the entire area unusable. The goal was to reclaim the space and leave it clean, level, and ready to grow grass.
We cleared all overgrown vegetation and small trees throughout the work area, removed and consolidated debris, and opened the property back up. Once the brush was cleared, we tackled approximately 20 stumps — averaging around 2.5 feet in diameter, with the largest coming in at just over 4 feet across.
After stump grinding, we smoothed and regraded the entire cleared area. We reused as much existing soil as possible — hauling in loam only where the ground absolutely needed it — keeping material costs down while still producing a quality result.
Grass seed was spread throughout the disturbed area to finish the job. The property went from completely overgrown to a smooth, mowable open space, reclaimed with minimal material import and ready for new growth.
